General manager of the company, P. KOSTAS JOVAIŠAS, has been replaced by a new director

When the current and future shareholders of UAB Umaras reached a constructive agreement on the further business management structure, the management structure of the company was updated by the mutual consent of all shareholders. The General Manager of the Company, Kostas Jovaišas, will be replaced by Milda Samsonaitė, acting General Manager, on 31 July 2020. Mr Jovaiša has revoked the lawsuit he filed and will no longer contest the decision of the only shareholder of UAB Umaras of 15 July 2020 concerning the replacement of the General Manager. UAB Umaras is intending to continue its active development and investments, in order to maintain and strengthen its existing position in the field of polyethylene film production.
