VP2-2.1-\u016aM-06-K-02-027)."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>UAB Umaras has implemented the project \u201cUAB UMARAS INNOVATIVE PRODUCTION BASE DEVELOPMENT\u201d (No. VP2-2.1-\u016aM-06-K-02-027).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More than EUR 4.5 million has been allocated for this project in 2007\u20132013, in accordance with the EU structural assistance strategy of Lithuania for 2007\u20132013 and the \u201cInvest LT-2\u201d measure of the Economic Growth Operational Programme.&nbsp;The project started in May 2014 and ended on 30 September 2015.<br>During the implementation of the project, the company acquired several items of modern technological equipment: a flexographic printing machine, 7-layer barrier film production line and a 3-layer film production line.<br>This project completed the modernisation phase of the company\u2019s production equipment, which was one of the actions required for increasing the company\u2019s competitiveness.<br>Such investments in modern technologies will create the preconditions for the further growth of the company\u2019s competitiveness in both the Lithuanian and foreign markets.<br>The continuity of this project is tied to the development of new products within a more technologically advanced production base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contact person:<br>Gediminas Ambra\u0161ka<br>Director of Finance and Economics<br>E-mail:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:g.ambraska@umaras.lt\">g.ambraska@umaras.lt<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UAB Umaras has implemented the project \u201cUAB UMARAS INNOVATIVE PRODUCTION BASE DEVELOPMENT\u201d (No. VP2-2.1-\u016aM-06-K-02-027).
