The General Manager of the Company, Kostas Jovai\u0161as, will be replaced by Milda Samsonait\u0117, acting General Manager, on 31 July 2020. Mr Jovai\u0161a has revoked the lawsuit he filed and will no longer contest the decision of the only shareholder of UAB Umaras of 15 July 2020 concerning the replacement of the General Manager.
